1.) Please connect to a mouse to check if it works or not, if yes, the most possibility is the touch cable inside screen get damaged, please follow the instruction video
of “Disassemble and Install the Screen” to replace touch cable.
2.) If it does not work, please replace mother board inside screen.
1. There is possibility that there is interfere around machine:
1.) When the power get problem, it might cause to interfere , please replace a power to give it a try.
2.) According to our experience, if there is large electronic device around machine, it will cause to interfere, please take the machine to other place to check if will
happen as the same.
2. The touch screen of machine gets problem:
1.) Please replace the display cable or adapter board.
2.) If it does not work, please replace motherboard and touch planet inside screen to give it a try.
