How To Check Short Circuit Machine – Alpha & Alpha Pro

There are 3 possibility that cause short circuit for your Alpha & Alpha Pro key cutting machines

 

Possibility 1: The shavings pasted under covers (shown as picture)

Solution 1: Please remove these 2 covers to clean shavings

Possibility 2: It will cause short circuit if one of these 4 screws (8 screws in total on both sides) touch the side metal wall during movement.

Solution 2: Please remove screen to loose all these 8 screws and put them back tightly, and observe if it will touch the side wall or not during movement.

Possibility 3: There is an insulating part between these 4 screws and back wall.

Solution 3: Loose one of these 4 screw a little bit, then test it with multimeter, the value should be 0, if it shows any numbers, it means abnormal, which means the

insulating part might get broken.

(Please loose one of them a little bit, then test it. if the value is good, then tight this screw, and loose another one to test it. please test them one by one)
